My mom recognized my budding talent and surprised me with a point-and-shoot camera—a pretty great deal for a kid! But as the years rolled by and high school came to an end, I knew it was time for a serious upgrade. That's when I ventured into a camera store in downtown Calgary, ready to embrace the next level of my photography journey.

With my brand-new camera in hand, I eagerly dove into the depths of its manual, discovering endless possibilities that exceeded my wildest imagination. It was a week filled with excitement and discovery, where I learned to unleash the full potential of my craft.
